DAB+ transmissions have returned to Hungary with the start of test transmissions in Budapest, operated by KB Broadcast. The previous transmissions operated by Antenna Hungária, Mux A, ceased in September 2020. Transmissions have been operating in Hungary in one form or another since 1995. At the time that the Antenna Hungária transmissions ended, the website digitrend-i reported that the regulator informed it that "there has been no real demand for digital radio" [Google translation]
